Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Nelson has lived in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale since 1995. In 2004, he bought his first investment property and after a strategic renovation, sold the single-family home a few years later for a sizable profit. Since then, Nelson has continued investing and led his clients to similar success stories for their own investments.
